Ying Chen

Ying Chen is an Associate for Morgan Howard, located in the Shanghai office. She brings over five years of experience in recruiting and consulting with Egon Zehnder International (EZI), Greater China, with expertise in the technology, media, consumer and retail industries.

 

Previously, Ms. Chen worked with Shanghai Delson Law Firm where she performed legal research on Chinese law and drafted contracts and other legal documents for lawyers. Ms Chen was also Editor for the Taiwan Victory Corporation Shanghai Representative Office. The company published books and magazines on English education, interior design and travel.

 

Ms. Chen has a bachelor degree in law from University of Nanchang, China, and a Shanghai Human Resources Agents Advanced Professional License. She is proficient in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
