Robert G. Chandis

Robert G. Chandis is a partner with Morgan Howard Worldwide where he focuses on senior level engagements in life science and industrial products for our globally-oriented clients.

A Chinese national born and raised in Shanghai, Mr. Chandis was previously the Regional President of Asia Pacific for Ken Clark International, where he played a major role in growing the firm’s Asia Pacific business.

Prior to entering the search profession, Robert Chandis held several senior executive human resources positions which focused on executive recruiting for KMPG, Corning, Exxon Mobil, Qwest Cyber Solutions, Hoffmann-Roche and General Electric, to name a few.

Mr. Chandis is a member of the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professional Association (SAPA), presenting in the areas of Career Development, Coaching and Training.  The Association is an Asian professional organization with 6,000 members in the United States.

Mr. Chandis holds a Bachelor Degree in economics from Widener University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He is a graduate of General Electric's Employee Relations Management Program, having had assignments at GE Large Steam Turbine, GE Service Shops and GE Corporation.  Mr. Chandis sits on the board for the Delbarton School Alumni Parents Organization and is a former president of the Fathers and Friends Organization for the school.
